Good to know

Can I upload a PDF directly here?

FreeQrly does not host files — your PDF lives on Drive, Dropbox, or your site, and the QR code simply opens its link. That also means you can swap the file later without reprinting, as long as the link stays the same.

Will the QR code still work if I update the PDF?

Yes, if you replace the file at the same link (same Drive file, same URL). The code encodes the link, not the file itself.

What if the PDF is large?

Size does not matter for the code — it only encodes the link. Keep the PDF itself reasonable so it opens fast on phones.

Does it expire?

No. Static codes never expire and need no account.
