PDF menu or a web page — which is better?

A web page loads faster and is easier to edit; a PDF preserves your exact layout. Both work — pick whichever you already have.

Can I update the menu without reprinting?

Yes, if you replace the file at the same link. Guests scanning the same code see the new menu.

Do diners need an app?

No. Any phone camera opens the menu straight from the scan.

What size for table tents?

At least 3 x 3 cm so guests can scan from their seats. Bigger is safer in dim dining rooms.
