Printable review cards that fit in a wallet
The best moment to ask for a review is the moment a customer is smiling. These wallet-size cards — eight per A4 page — let you hand over the ask without a speech: one scan, straight to your review page.
Reviews are awkward to ask for out loud, which is why most happy customers never leave one. A small card solves the timing problem: hand it over with the receipt, the bag, or the goodbye, and the customer decides later, on their own phone, with the link already in hand.
Each card below is 85 × 55 mm — standard business-card size — and the page lays out eight of them in a grid, so one A4 sheet gives you a stack to keep by the till. To use it: generate a QR code that links straight to your review page, paste it into the dashed slot, print, and cut. If you want the ask to land on Google specifically, getting Google reviews with a QR code covers the link setup. Use a dynamic code if your review link might change — then the printed cards never go stale; see how to edit a QR code after printing. For a larger single-card format, see QR codes on business cards.

What paper should I print review cards on?
Standard card stock works well — it feels like a real business card and survives a pocket or wallet. Plain printer paper is fine for a test batch, but it creases fast in a customer's hand.
Can I print these in black and white?
Yes. Nothing on the card depends on color; a dark code on a light background scans just as well in monochrome. Keep the code dark-on-light either way — never invert it.
How do I put my own QR code in the dashed slot?
Generate the code, print it at 25 × 25 mm, and paste it over the dashed box in your layout tool — or print the sheet and stick a printed code label over each slot. Test-scan one finished card before cutting the whole page.
Is 25 mm big enough for the code?
Yes for a card held in the hand and scanned from 20–30 cm away — it sits above the 2 cm floor for print. Do not shrink it further to fit more text; a too-small code is the most common print failure.
What if my review link changes after I print a stack?
Use a dynamic QR code: the destination behind the code can be updated while the printed cards stay valid. With a static code, a changed link means reprinting.
How many cards fit on one page, and how do I cut them?
Eight cards per A4 page, in a 2 × 4 grid. Cut along the card borders with a trimmer for straight edges; the grid gaps give you a little cutting tolerance.
Should I laminate them?
Only if they will get wet or handled roughly. Lamination adds glare under bright lights, so if you laminate, test-scan a laminated card before printing the full run.
